OCU was the only college in the state listed on The Chronicle's new honor roll, which recognizes the Top 10 small, medium and large universities nationally.
OCU was among the Top 10 universities in 20 workplace categories analyzed by The Chronicle for best practices and policies, including those affecting compensation and benefits, faculty-administration relations and confidence in senior leadership.
The Chronicle's "Great Colleges to Work For" program studied 247 colleges nationwide, listing the top 10 alphabetically in each group. OCU competed with medium-sized colleges in 28 recognition categories.
