Three Oklahoma companies have been named to Fortune magazine's list of 363 "World's Most Admired Companies."
Devon Energy Corp., ONEOK Inc. and Williams Cos. Inc. all made the list.
OGE Energy Corp. was listed as a "contender."
Apple, Berkshire Hathaway, Toyota Motor Corp., Google and Johnson & Johnson were listed as Fortune's top five overall most admired companies. No Oklahoma-based company made the top 50.
Devon, however, ranked second among mining and crude oil production companies, trailing only Occidental Petroleum.
ONEOK came in second among pipeline companies, behind Spectra Energy.
Williams finished third in the energy category, behind Integrys Energy Group and Edison.
OGE Energy was ranked eighth in the pipelines category.
