What makes a site "Site-Ready Certified?"
In the Greater Oklahoma City region, we strive to make the site selection process as easy as possible. That's why we're proud to participate in the State of Oklahoma's Site Ready program. Developed in 2006, only three other states in the nation offer a similar program, guaranteeing sites are: ready for immediate sale or lease; ready to build on with utilities in place or pre-permitted and planned; and clear of regulatory constraints.New sites are being added to this list and we are working with numerous property owners to reach these exacting standards. Please contact us to find out more about currently certified sites and those in the pipeline.
