Oklahoma City is not the only site for baseball and softball field improvements. At the end of March, Oklahoma State University officials unveiled plans for a new $60 million baseball stadium in Stillwater due to be finished by 2020.

And a year ago, University of Oklahoma officials announced major renovations planned for the OU Softball Complex and L. Dale Mitchell Park baseball stadium in Norman, with a combined targeted goal of $25 million. Changes at the Softball Complex will include expanded locker rooms, a larger press box and increasing seating capacity to more than 2,500. A work timeline still has not announced.
