Yukon

Community Overview

Yukon is at the top of the list for many developers, retailers and businesses who have chosen to locate in our robust community. Our popular I-40 and Garth Brooks trade area is booming and has a traffic count of 55,200 vehicles per day. Our major retailers include Target, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, Staples and Lowe’s. Restaurants include Chili’s, Logan’s Roadhouse, Rib Crib, Johnny Carino’s, Louie’s and several others. Several gift and antique stores are located on the infamous Route 66 that runs through downtown.

The City of Yukon is a suburb of Oklahoma City, located on I-40 near the west loop of the Kilpatrick Turnpike. We are a quick 15 minute drive from downtown Oklahoma City. We are located in Canadian County, which is the fastest growing area in the state of Oklahoma. Yukon has 41,184 households having an average income of $66,757.00, according to the 2010 census. There are 104,430 individuals within a 15 minute drive time.

We offer outstanding community events throughout the year where our residents can enjoy activities in our picturesque parks or celebrate our rich Czech heritage. Our school system is outstanding and our newly constructed Yukon High School is par excellence.

Yukon is home of country music superstar Garth Brooks, western actor Dale Robertson, PRCA Team Roping (Heading) Champion Nick Sartain and the Express Clydesdales.

Retail sites are available at the I-40 and Garth Brooks Blvd. interchange. To inquire, please contact:
