Oklahoma City's US Fleet Tracking will provide GPS support for the 2010 Super Bowl and Pro Bowl, 2010 Winter Olympics, and 2010 World Equestrian Games. US Fleet's real-time GPS tracking technology ensures that personnel and critical equipment are always located.
US Fleet's technology allows tracking to eight inches of a target's location at intervals of five to 10 seconds, making it a leader in the industry. The systems will be used to track AFC and NFC team buses at Sunday's Super Bowl, horses in this summer's Equestrian World Games, and Winter Olympians in this month's Vancouver Olympics.
US Fleet Tracking is in its fifth year of existence, but has grown rapidly. The 20-employee company has experienced 400 percent annual growth and is providing assistance for its fourth consecutive Super Bowl.
"The safety and security of athletes and personnel are our highest priority," said Jerry Hunter, US Fleet Tracking founder and chief executive officer. "
