KIHOMAC is putting down deeper roots near Tinker Air Force Base, building a manufacturing facility more than 10 times as large as its current space in the Oklahoma City metro.

The company plans to build a 130,000-square-foot facility to support its work with Tinker AFB, investing $25 million in the new space. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce’s Aerospace Commerce Economic Services division stated that KIHOMAC announced its plans to expand during the 2026 AFA Air, Space & Cyber Conference in Maryland.

The firm provides lifecycle management and custom manufacturing of things like wire harnesses and aircraft pods to keep defense equipment operational, said Adam Grimm, president & COO of KIHOMAC.

“KIHOMAC is a small business defense contractor, primarily engineering, manufacturing and services,” Grimm said. “We support all the branches of the military.”
